Duqm Refinery shareholder pact today

MUSCAT: Dr Mohammed bin Hamad al Rumhy, Minister of Oil and Gas, and Chairman of Oman Oil Company, will lead dignitaries at today’s signing of the shareholder equity agreement between Oman Oil Company and Kuwait Petroleum International, the 50:50 joint venture partners in the Duqm Refinery project. The signing ceremony will take place at Al Bustan Palace — A Ritz Carlton Hotel.
