New dam constructed in Al Mudhaibi

AL MUDHAIBI: The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources has completed the Al Warya Dam project in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate. Constructed on the main channel of a valley known as Wadi Al Warya, the new dam has a storage capacity of 1.8 million cubic metres of water which means the dam has the ability to store a huge amount of rainwater, thus the dam will have a great contribution to water security.
