Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday said he would meet new US leader Donald Trump for the first time as head of state in mid-May in the United States. “The date has been fixed,” Erdogan told A News in an interview, saying the trip would happen after he concludes a visit to China on May 15.
