Sultan Qaboos Award for Craft Excellence panel meets

MUSCAT: The main committee of the Sultan Qaboos Award for Craft Excellence 2017-2018 on Monday held a meeting under the chairpersonship of Shaikha Aisha bint Khalfan al Siyabiyah, Chairperson of Public Authority for Craft Industries (PACI).  The meeting reviewed preliminary reports related to the competition and followed up the work of committees as well as the proposed budget of the competition. Last month, PACI opened registration for the fifth version of Sultan Qaboos Award for Craft Excellence competition 2017. PACI will receive applications until May 20, 2017. This year’s competition includes two categories, namely the craft product and the craft project.
