As part of the bank’s ongoing ‘Sharing the Blessings of Ramadhan’ campaign the bank has increased the number of monthly winners in the Hasalti Children’s Savings Account Cash prize draws from 5 to 25 winners during the holy month. The cash prizes are hiba (gift) from the shareholders’ funds. The Hasalti Children’s Savings Account is based on the Sharia principle of Mudaraba and the bank aims to educate children about the value of saving and planning ahead for the future in methods that are Sharia compliant. Accordingly, Alizz Islamic Bank invests the funds deposited in the Hasalti Children’s Savings Account in Sharia compliant investment activities to create the best possible returns. The Hasalti savings Scheme is very simple and affordable. To be eligible for its benefits, the minimum deposit is only RO 50 per month. A minimum of RO 50 must be deposited to the account every month to make the account eligible for the various special offers and benefits.
