MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has received a cable of thanks from President Emmanuel Macron of the French Republic in reply to His Majesty’s congratulatory cable to him on the occasion of electing him a President for the Republic. In his cable, President Macron expressed his utmost thanks and appreciation for His Majesty the Sultan’s sincere congratulations and best wishes to him and the friendly people of his country.
