Police seize cars used for drifting

 Muscat: Royal Oman Police’s Directorate General of Traffic said it will continue to take legal action against car drifters and those indulging in dangerous races and driving on roads. Apart from creating disturbances to residents of the area, such acts also pose safety risks to other motorists. ROP said it hoped that everyone will abide by traffic rules and regulations and make roads safer for their users. In the recent days, several drivers were arrested by ROP for performing stunts that were caught on camera and videos of which went viral on the social media.
