Salalah braces for khareef season

Authorities in Salalah reviewed preparations for the khareef season, especially during Eid al Fitr holidays and Salalah Tourism Festival. All measures are taken to ensure smooth flow of traffic and to maintain safety of citizens, residents and visitors. The status of roads leading to the Governorate of Dhofar through the Wilayat of Thamrait, as well as the coastal road through the Wilayat of Shaleem and Al Halaniyat Islands was also reviewed. Emergency medical centres on Adam-Thamrait road will be working round-the-corner during the period.
