MOH to replace 43 expat pharmacists

Ministry of Health in Oman said it will replace 43 expatriate pharmacists, including assistant pharmacists, with the newly-admitted Omani nationals. Recently, the government had announced that 80 senior expatriate doctors will be replaced with qualified Omani doctors this year. It was also reported that 415 foreign nurses would be replaced by Omani paramedics as part of efforts to accommodate the local workforce.
