Construction workers building a new national baseball stadium in Nicaragua unearthed a more than 1,200-year old cemetery with human remains and a great deal of pottery, officials said Tuesday. The pre-Colombian burial site includes ceramic funeral urns and some human remains like craniums and jawbones, state television reported. The items recovered will go on display at the National Culture Museum, she said. — AFP
