Holy Quran contest winners feted

MUSANNAH: Shaikh Saif bin Mohammed al Shabibi, Minister of Housing, presided over the felicitation of the winners of the Holy Quran competition held in Musannah, in the southern Governorate of Batinah. The competition was held under the supervision of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. Shaikh Salem, the general supervisor of the competition, delivered the speech during the occasion. The competition encouraged young children to memorise and recite the Holy Quran. — ONA
