No merger between Alizz Islamic Bank, United Finance Company

Based on the recent decision of United Finance Company dated 20 June 2017 to decline Alizz Islamic Bank offer for exploring a possible merger of the two institutions, the Board of Directors of Alizz Islamic Bank have decided not to pursue the merger and stop discussions relating to the same.
