Attempt to smuggle khat foiled in Salalah

MUSCAT: The Directorate for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances at Dhofar Governorate Police Command has foiled an attempt to smuggle a large amount of khat into the Sultanate through the Wilayat of Mirbat coast. The anti-drug unit seized more than 2,000 bundles of khat.
