Muscat Festival to be held from January 18 till February 10

The annual Muscat Festival will be held between January 18 till February 10, starting from 4.30pm till 11pm during weekdays and from 4.30pm till midnight on weekends. As part of the preparations for the event, the Muscat Municipality has invited specialized companies and institutions to submit their proposals on creative ideas to be displayed at the event at its headquarters in Ruwi by September 9 before 1pm. The  area in which the event will be carried out must determine, in addition to the amount which will be paid to the Municipality against the location. The executing company shall be entitled to the event revenues. Ten per cent will be charged as municipal fees on the event tickets, the municipality said.
