MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has received a cable of thanks from Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg in reply to His Majesty’s greetings cable to him on the occasion of his country’s National Day. In his cable, Duke Henri expressed his utmost delight and thanks for His Majesty’s sincere greetings and best wishes to him and the friendly people of his country, wishing His Majesty the Sultan good health and happiness and the Omani people further progress and prosperity.
