Private sector told to pay salaries by August 30

Abdullah bin Nasser al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, has issued a ministerial decision with regards to the disbursement of wages of workers in private sector establishments as per the Labor Law for the month of August on the occasion of Eid al-Adha 1438H. The circular said that the last date for payment of salaries will be Wednesday, August 30. The decision is aimed at helping the employees of the private sector to prepare themselves adequately in advance for the Eid festival.
