HM pardons 192 prisoners

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases. They included 192 prisoners, 84 of them are foreign prisoners. His Majesty, the Supreme Commander’s Royal pardon coincides with the blessed Eid al Adha 1438 AH and in consideration of families of those prisoners.
