Vital projects reviewed with Korea

MUSCAT: Dr Ahmed bin Mohammed al Futaisi, Minister of Transport and Communications, received in his office on Wednesday a delegation from the Republic of Korea headed by Son Byeong Suk, Vice-Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting the Sultanate. The two sides discussed aspects of the joint cooperation between the two friendly countries and means of enhancing them in fields of infrastructure, transport, ports, civil aviation and matters of common concern. Dr Al Futaisi reviewed the strategic projects being implemented by the Ministry of Transport and Communications in transport, ports, communications and civil aviation sectors. The meeting was attended by the Korean Ambassador to the Sultanate, Abdulrahman bin Salim al Hatmi, CEO of Oman Global Logistics Group (ASYAD), and officials from the ministry. — ONA
