His Majesty greets President of Mali

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent greetings to President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita of Mali on the occasion of his country’s National Day. His Majesty the Sultan expressed his best wishes to President Keita and the people of Mali.
