Oman U-21 team finishes second

Oman’s national U-21 football team has secured the second place in the international friendly championship after a 2-0 win over Syria at the Seeb Stadium, on Monday. Egypt lifted the trophy. Faisal al Harthy scored for Oman in the 35th minute from a header goal after a corner kick. Arshad al Alawi scored the second goal in the 57th minute from a strong shot which gave no chance for Syria’s goalkeeper Nabeel Koru. Pictures by Faisal al Balushi
