Tanzania president receives credentials of Omani envoy

DODOMA: President John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania on Thursday received Ali bin Abdullah al Mahrouqi who presented his credentials as the Sultanate’s Accredited and Resident Ambassador to Tanzania. During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos to President Magufuli along with His Majesty’s best wishes of good health and well-being to him and the friendly people of Tanzania continuous progress. The Tanzanian President asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people.
