10pc of industrial zones allotted to small firms

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing has decided to allot 10 per cent of the total area of commercial and industrial zones for small and medium enterprises. The circular stressed the need to accelerate the completion of the administrative tasks and procedures related to the planning and division of the layouts prepared by the consultancy offices mandated by the Public Authority for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and the need to complete them as soon as possible.
