Sultanate at COMCEC Istanbul meeting

MUSCAT: The Sultanate took part in the 33rd Session of the ministerial meeting of the OIC Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC), which was held in Istanbul, Turkey, from November 20-23. The Sultanate’s delegation was led by Talal bin Suleiman al Rahbi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Planning. The Committee held a session during which members shared views about the enhancement of trans-border transport corridors among the OIC Member States as the transport sector comes on top of the agenda of OIC. — ONA
