22 relatives of late Saleh arrive in Oman

MUSCAT: The Sultanate on Thursday received 22 persons of the family of the late Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh. On December 4, the Ansar Allah killed Saleh after he had shifted allegiance to the Saudi Arabia-led coalition. The move comes in continuation of the Sultanate’s humanitarian efforts in dealing with the events in Yemen and was the result of coordination with the relevant authorities in Sanaa. The newly-arrived persons will reunite with their families who have already settled in the Sultanate since the beginning of the crisis in Yemen. — ONA
