HM condolences to Philippines

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent condolences to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines on victims of the floods and landslides caused by the tropical storm “Tembin” that swept the southern Philippines. His Majesty expressed sympathy to President Duterte and families of the deceased, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
