New nature reserves to be announced soon

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs will announce a number of new nature reserves in a number of governorates. This was stated at a meeting of the Nature Reserve Committee held on Sunday under the chairmanship of Najeeb bin Ali al Rawas, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs. The Nature Reserve Committee earlier studied setting up 18 nature reserves in governorates.
