Arabic course begins for non-native speakers

MANAH: The Sultan Qaboos College for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers (SQCTANNS) on Monday welcomed a new batch of students (31 male and female students) from various nationalities that included South Korea, Czech, Thailand and Canada. The college organised an orientation day that included a tour to the college to familiarise with its utilities and services rendered to students, as well as the administrative and academic cadres. The students also viewed a presentation highlighting the Sultanate, its civilisation, culture and potentials that enabled the Sultanate to be the first ideal destination for many students to learn the Arabic language. — ONA
