Oman at Sanousi award ceremony

GAZAN: Poets Abdel Razzaq al Rubaie and Shumisa al Numaniya are participating as guests of the award presentation ceremony for Arab Poetry at its sixth session. The award bears the name of the late poet Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed al Sanousi, one of the most influential names in the poetry map in Saudi Arabia. The poet Mohammed Ibrahim Yaqoub, Secretary-General of the award, said they received the participation of 78 participants from 14 countries: Egypt, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Oman, Syria, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Mali and Sudan, including 63 male poets and 15 female participants. — ONA
