Rafo chief presents diploma certificates to officer cadets

MUSCAT: Air Vice Marshal Matar bin Ali al Obaidani, Commander of Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), on Wednesday handed over Diploma certificates of Military Sciences for the officer cadets at the Sultan Qaboos Air Academy, on the occasion of the RAFO celebrating the graduation of new batch of pilots and officer cadets.
