E-system for real estate brokerage

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Housing on Tuesday launched the real estate brokerage e-system for the private sector under the auspices of Shaikh Saif bin Mohammed al Shabibi, Minister of Housing. The system is aimed at facilitating real estate transactions and boosting partnership with the private sector as well as providing job opportunities in the real estate companies. The minister said the transfer of services to private sector represented by the real estate brokers is in line with the government’s plan to enhance public-private partnership (PPP). The e-system will be implemented in Muscat Governorate and other governorates at a later stage.
