MUSCAT: The Information Technology Authority’s SAS for Entrepreneurship Centre hosted AIM Startup competition where 11 tech startups competed and 3 emerging startups were shortlisted and qualified to the final round. Hadaya.om, Guide Gate and Anawen are the qualified startups that will compete internationally at the final round in Dubai against 200 global competitors. The winning startups will get investment opportunities as well as cash prizes worth $50,000. It is worth mentioning that AIM Startup was launched in 2017 as an initiative of the UAE Ministry of Economy to connect promising startups with investors and business partners from other parts of the world. AIM Startup is an ideal platform for startup companies looking to raise capital, expand into new markets and forge meaningful business relationships with major investors, business leaders, representatives of international institutions and government entities.
