Muna Gardens villas project to come in Bausher

Zain Property launched its new residential project, Muna Gardens, which will be completed at a cost of RO22 million at Bausher Heights in Muscat. The project will be the first green residential city in the heart of Muscat, consisting of 122 villas divided into four categories. Khawla Mohammed Abdullah, general manager, Zain Property Development Company, said, 'The work on this new project will begin in May 2018, provided that the villas are delivered to owners within three and a half years from the start. Prices will start from RO138,000 and the company is in contact with banks in the Sultanate to ensure the financing facility for the convenience of the buyers.”
