Heavy rains lash several parts of Oman

Photo from Weather Omanya Heavy rains lashed various parts of the city, Sinaw and Rustaq on Friday with floods and flowing wadis reported at different places. Meanwhile, Oman Meteorology has predicted low-level cloud formations and opportunities for sporadic rainfall across the sultanate. Forecast for Saturday: Cloudy to partly cloudy over the northern governorates of the Sultanate with chance of rain and chance of convective clouds development over al Hajar Mountains and adjoining areas and rain occasionally thundershowers during afternoon extend to the coastal areas of Oman Sea. Mainly clear skies over the rest of the Sultanate with chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches over parts of governorates of South Sharqiyah,  Al Wusta and Dhofar
