RO 240 million power plant in Salalah

The second Independent Power Plant will be officially opened on Thursday in the Governorate of Dhofar under the auspices of HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tareq al Said. Built at a cost of RO 240 million, Salalah 2 Independent Power Plant has a capacity of 445 megawatts, bringing Dhofar Generating Company capacity to 718 megawatts across the two existing and new stations.
