HM gets Kuwait Emir message

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos received a written message from Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait. The message was received by Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, when he received at his office on Tuesday Shaikh Mohammad Al Abdullah Al Mubarak al Sabah, Deputy Minister of Emiri Diwan Affairs (Envoy of the Emir of Kuwait).
