HM Cup for Scouts winners to be feted

MUSCAT: As delegated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Sayyid Saud bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, will preside on Thursday the event organised by the Ministry of Education in Al Wattayah to hand over His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Cup for Scouting and Guidance Excellence for the academic year 2016/2017. During the event, the Governorate of Muscat will be crowned with the Supreme
Scout Cup.
