Vehicles prohibited from beaches in Quriyat

The Muscat Municipality in Quriyat has installed signboards prohibiting the entry of vehicles & motorcycles in to the beaches, along the coast from Al Mina to Hajar Dagmur. It has urged all visitors to the beaches about the need to abide by the rules. Recently, same rules were introduced in the capital area beaches, which included penalties such as imprisonment.
