MUSCAT: HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers returned home after leading the Sultanate’s delegation, on behalf of His Majesty, at the 29th Arab Summit which was held in Saudi Arabia.
