RNO officer gets UK Admiral Award

LONDON: Officer Cadet Mohammed bin Juma al Khatri, Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) Officer received the Admiral Award as the best student at the Britania Royal Navy College. The award was handed over to him at a special ceremony that was held under the auspices of Shaikh Salman bin Hamad al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain. “The award is the outcome of hard work and persistence to raise the name of Oman high in the sky at the different international forums, said Al Khatri. ‘It is also the outcome of training at Sultan Qaboos Maritime Academy by highly experienced trainers and using modern training technologies,’ he added. — ONA
