Air Vice Marshal Matar bin Ali al Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), handed over at RAFO headquarters on Tuesday training certificates to a number of air navigation instructors and aviation engineers, in addition to decorating of air navigation badges for the aeronautical engineers of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
