S Africa, Togo and S Leone greeted

MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent cables of greetings to President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa and President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo on the occasion of their countries’ national days. His Majesty has also sent a cable of congratulations to President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone on the occasion of his country’s Independence Anniversary.
