SHEDDING LIGHT ON RAS AL JINZ SETTLEMENT

The archaeological discoveries unearthed by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage in cooperation with a French team at Ras Al Jinz location have given a clear indication of the importance of the site believed by the team members to have been the commercial port of the Ras Al Jinz settlement. Among those discovered were utensils made of pottery and smooth stones and copper tools used for making beads and rings.
