Boost to ties with Germany

MUSCAT: Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, received at his office Niels Annen, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office in Germany, and his delegation who are currently on a two-day visit to the Sultanate. The two sides reviewed the existing cooperation relations between the two friendly countries and ways of further fostering them in various fields of common concern. They exchanged points of view regarding the developments in the international and regional arenas. The meeting was attended by the acting under-secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for diplomatic affairs, the German ambassador to the Sultanate and a number of officials from both sides. — ONA
