OMAN’S CIVILISATION SHOWCASED IN RUSSIA

The Omani Students’ Society in Russia participated in the Victory Day Festival which was held at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia to commemorate the 73rd anniversary of Nazi Germany’s surrender in World War II. The festival included a peoples’ cultures exhibition which saw the participation of students’ societies from 150 countries. The Omani students’ pavilion showcased heritage items reflecting Oman’s history and civilisation as well as a photo exhibition for the most prominent tourist sites of the Sultanate.
