May 13 - Oman Meteorology has reported that strong southwesterly winds at a speed of 20 to 25 knots per hour have been blowing across the governorates of Muscat, Buraimi and Batinah North and South. Due to such strong dry winds, high temperatures above 42 degrees Celsius are expected over coastal areas of Sea of Oman. Motorists have been urged to exercise caution due to low visibility amid dust storms.
