Seminar on poetry reading organised

MUSCAT: The Oman Centre for Traditional Music of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science at the Diwan of Royal Court organised a seminar on intonated reading of poetry at the centre’s hall in Al Qurum. Shaikh Dr Hassan bin Khalaf al Riyami, Shaikh Mousa bin Qasr al A’meri and Issa bin Nasser al Busafi participated in the seminar which was moderated by the poet Mohammed bin Khalfan al Mushrafi from Oman Centre for Traditional Music. During the session, the participants read intonated poems of mystical and patriotic topics. — ONA
