Company booked for misuse of residential plot

Muscat: The Urban Inspection department of Muscat Municipality in Bausher has booked a company for exploiting a residential land in Northern Azaiba for commercial purposes. A statement from the municipality said the company's activities violated local orders concerning the streamlining of commercial markets and residential areas in the capital. It added that such cases are referred to the competent court and the municipality is not involved in any dispute between the contracting parties.
