Several motorbikes seized for traffic violations

Muscat : The Special Police Task Force in Rustaq, in coordination with the Southern Batinah Police Department, carried out a campaign to control the use of unlicensed motorbikes that posed a serious threat to the lives of all road users and also caused general comfort. The campaign resulted in the seizure of 13 motorbikes for violations of traffic regulations. The campaign is part of the efforts of the police to encourage people to comply with traffic regulations. It is also aimed at curbing efforts to intimidate citizens and residents through the annoying sounds and stunts performed on bikes, which may also lead to traffic accidents.
