The Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences (SQAPS) held a workshop for preparing strategic action plans. Dr Jasim Mohammed al Shaikh Jabir, Quality Assurance Consultant spoke about the importance of strategic planning for education institutions and the steps for preparing strategic plans and how to evaluate the general goals of a strategic plan and the utilisation of suitable tools leading to realisation of goals.
