Campaign to protect coral reefs at Daymaniyat Islands

Muscat: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs (MECA), as part of its campaign to protect coral reefs from human and natural influences, recently took measures to remove starfish from  Daymaniyat Islands. The campaign lasted two consecutive days with the participation of specialists from the marine environment conservation team and the logistics support team of Oman Sail.
